I hope one day to be living
in the aftertime,

and then my airtime
will be open anytime.

It gets real
at bedtime!

But, long long before time,
you gotta work hard time
and not get caught up in crime.

Another day is betting time
for all the between times
and’s not even chow time.

Beginning in daytime
And every down time
the dream time goal comes even at flex time.

This is just half time, we’re heading for harvest time
in this once in a lifetime.
water flowing underground.

It’s been such a long time
still working through lunchtime.
Collision on the open sea – for maritime. Meantime…

It’s coming, our mealtime with no missed time or mistimed
nighttime is ours because
we own the night.

Looks just like the noontime.
Oftentimes overtime
working’s more than a pastime. This is our peacetime.

Stupid money on playtime
in this present time ragtime.
Each move is a showtime – sometime in the spotlight.

Every springtime
is hotter than summertime.
Bring home the bacon for tea time and suppertime.

All we got is for-real time to push against wartime
because time isn’t holding us
and time isn’t after us.

Into the blue again
after the money’s gone.
same as it
ev-er
was
