She took a swing and landed a belt.
The first heavy-handed blow.

She buffeted her critics.
Set them up for a burn.
The butt of her jokes.
That last chop was a doozy

She laid them out with a clash
and a clip to the chin.
She is funny with a clout.
Her best killed with collision.

She just riffed off the cuff.
It was a full-court dis.
Total impact.
Then she joaned on to the end.

She made a pun with a knock
and landed a jab and a lick.
But it was her one-two punch
that pasted the audience flat.

She slapped hard with a pat.
Nobody should take that kind of punch.
She laid down a cold hearted rap.

Back in the fight with a roundhouse
she put the shock on her rivals.
But it wasn’t her best shot
until she landed a slap to the ego.

She was slogging away
and talking that smak.
She came again with a smash.
and a hard sock on the jaw.

She held a clinic on spanking.
then took a sly swat.
We all waited for the tap
but she landed an uppercut.

Could there be a whammy
that would kill’em with a whop?
She backhanded a zap
and that zinger knocked’em out.

Not a whimper but a bang
and a real bell-ringer.
Her famous last words were,
“And that’s what she said!
