Men are the same in both dimensions

There is a diatribe I am getting ready to launch (not here, yet) on what men really want, but that would mean I am speaking for all men.  I won’t.  I will only speak for those men who love with honor and honor whom they love.  Really, what is ‘women’s work’ in the 21st Century, anyway?  It is putting up with a partner’s shortcomings.  And vice versa for men… besides the protect-the-family emotion.

Team Leaders Need Kinetic Energy

You are judged by your management style,
by your looks,
and by the pecking order.

So what?

You are paid on performance.  How you perform as a human being is not a soft skill. It is measureable. Ordering around your direct reports is measurable, too. Expect to be appreciated by nobody.  Without people skills your value is zero to the company, to your colleagues, to the bottom line.  You need kinetic energy.
